PURCHASING PROCESS

Do I need to register to buy?

Yes, registration is required. Once registered, you can access to buy and change your personal data.

How do I find a particular item?

The products are classified into 8 categories (handbags, wallets, belts, key, Decoration, bracelets, pendants and other items) and each category and several subcategory. Get the subcategory that interests you using the top menu and you can see the products that form.

How an item is added to the basket?

You must register to buy. Once logged in, select an item, its color (if applicable) and action (if applicable), and you must press the button "Add to cart" for the item to become part of our order.

Can I delete an item from my shopping cart?

Yes. From the shopping cart you can delete items that do not always want and when you have not processed the order.

What steps should I take to place an order?

Go to the shopping cart by clicking the "Shopping Bag" button at the top right corner of the page.

Also access the shopping cart by clicking the button "Place Order" link on the detail pages of a product after clicking the button "Add to cart".

You must create a user account if it is the first time purchase and accept the Privacy Policy. Press the button"Check out".Enter the data of your credit card. You will then receive an email with the order confirmation.

Do I have access to my bill?

Yes. We will send an invoice with the shipment of your order.

How I can make sure I made my purchase?

Once done your order, you will receive an email confirmation of receipt of your order. If you do not receive it, contact via telephone or email.

Yes. You can buy with confidence because we dedicate a lot of effort in having resources to ensure the security of your purchases and of your data. The data is transmitted SSL encrypted form. For payment by Visa and Mastercard transactions only Ces (Secure Electronic Commerce) will be accepted. After verifying that the card is attached to the CES system, the system will contact the bank that issued to the buyer to authorize the purchase. When the bank confirms the authenticity, the charge will be made on the card. Otherwise the order will be canceled.

Why you can be rejected my credit card?

The data we ask you for payment must match your card. A simple typo can result in rejection of the transaction, so we ask you to cover the payment form carefully. The credit limit or the card may have expired you may also have been exceeded.

Check with your bank for any queries regarding your card as payment.

Can I get an invoice in the name of my company?

Yes. In this case contact via phone or email by request. In this case you will be asked fiscal data.

Where I can get my order?

You can receive it in the direction you choose (home, work, etc., we do not ship to PO boxes).

How soon will I get my order?

Deliveries take 5 to 8 working days; Ceuta and Melilla to 8 to 10 working days.

How much will I pay shipping costs?

Peninsular Spain: 6 € more insular Spain Ceuta and Melilla: 20 €

Zone 1 (Portugal): 12 €

Zone 2 (Belgium, France, Netherlands, Luxembourg): 15 €

Zone 3 (Germany, Austria, Denmark, Italy, UK, Switzerland): 20 €

POLÍTICA DE DEVOLUCIONES Y ANULACIONES

Devolución de mercancía

Nuestra política, cumpliendo con la normativa vigente, es concederle el derecho de devolver cualquier artículo comprado en el plazo de 7 días desde la fecha de recepción.

No tendrá que aportar ninguna explicación, cualquier artículo, devuelto en su embalaje original, con la factura correspondiente, precintado y en perfectas condiciones será aceptado sin más.

En un plazo máximo de 7 días de la recepción de la devolución, se compromete a su reembolso.

Antes de realizar la devolución, tendrá que comunicarlo al departamento de Atención al cliente.

Si la causa de la devolución fuese que el artículo devuelto es defectuoso o no corresponde a lo solicitado en el pedido, correrá con los gastos de la devolución y nuevo envío. Si el motivo de la devolución es que el pedido no le satisface, le reembolsaremos el importe pero no los gastos de envío ni los gastos de devolución.

Anulación de pedido

Si la anulación del pedido llega antes de la salida de mercancía el cliente no tendrá ningún gasto. En el caso de una anulación después de la salida del pedido, el cliente tendrá a su cargo los gastos de envío así como los gastos de devolución de este mismo pedido.
